That's 103 corgis i believe? Valuing them at a '09 rare, that would still be unfair to the toxic rarity wise. Blue toxic is worth 585-675 '09 rares. And with bulk, i'm not sure how much it would be worth.
Personally, I would take this (even if it's a major underpay) b/c list pets are hard to trade down/up (b/c i'm a impatient person) and i'd auction all the corgis lol. Again, rarity wise, not fair.

I wouldn't recommend taking this.
Blue Toxics may be hard to trade down, but 103 corgis still aren't worth a Main list. Plus, trading off the lists is never a good idea because it's difficult to get back on them.

Yes.
The 2011 UC itself is worth a 2013 rare which is worth 8 2016 rares.

Are these fair?

1st: Slightly unfair to the Prancer horse. The 2009 UC is worth a 2011 Rare, so if you add another 2009 UC, then it would be fair.
2nd: The betta fish is fair for the Aussie, the bunny is overpay. But i've seen aussies go for a lot in auctions, so depending on them, it could be fair but it could be unfair.

1st: Rose dog demand is very good. The devil PPS not so much. It would be overpay rarity wise. Up to you to accept.
