Is this fair?

One dragon is overpay alone, the store dog is worth a mid '10 rare I believe and the items being some store and some '11 should cover some of the gap

Any idea of what I could add to their side to make it fair for one of the dragons?

Add one more '10 store pet and it should be about fairish

I'm assuming you meant that another (mid?) '10 rare (or something worth it) should be added, and not an actual '10 store pet, for it to be fair for a single dragon?
Could I get someone to back this up/a second opinion, as well?

The gap is an early '09 rare, so they need to add another late '09 rare to their side

I would rate it as a 10/10 and perhaps even think about autoing, because dragons have more demand and rarity wise, it is overpay c:

actually it looks unfair to you maybe fair. plus the robot dogs have good demand and those tess dragons don't usually go for much overpay

Unfair to them rarity wise, the august PPS is worth an '10 rare though you can get more for it. The may lioness I haven't seen go for huge overpay but would be worth 1 of the '09 rares and the rare fox I think (since the warriors were adoptable for a while)
