I wish we had leap year pets, they'd be awesome even if they were a simple design. We only get a leap year every 4 years, can't we please get leap year pets once, even if it's just once?

I definitely agree, we have pets for all sorts of random holidays and things but Leap Year is a more rare occurrence and I'm pretty sure it's world wide. I've never heard of any place that doesn't have leap year, at least. I mentioned it before but I think it'd be cool to have a limited lineart for Leap Year that is only available for Leap Year events or something, I was thinking a frog lineart since I always see frogs associated with Leap Year as a play on the word "Leap". But even if it was just something like frog themed pets or something else that would have to do with Leap Year. We didn't get it the last time it was an option in 2012 and I saw a lot of discussion about wanting it but I'm really hoping something pops up this time. ;w;

I totally agree with this. It would be really cool to have some leap year pets seeing as a leap year only ever happens once every four years.
