First one is fair if you like/want C$. Rat is 450 C$ But has pretty bad demand.
Second one is totally unfair

I'm sorry but I don't know really if this is a fair trade or not. I don't think so but then again I'm not familiar with trading the dog.

I'd say unfair towards the bottom. All the pets at the top are 2013-2014 and the bottom is a 2012
