I would personally say that the first bid is the best because of the rares and the 2012 store pet.

I'd say unfair to them. Depends on how you value the items. For it to be fair you have to value each item at 2 '16 uncommons. So if you value them more, unfair to you. If you value them less, unfair to them.
I personally would value each at a '16 uncommon, so unfair to them imo (:

It's a malk cat, not warrior. The trade is about fair by rarity, demand is personal. Some might overpay for malk pets, some don't. Their koi is a late '09 your cat is early '09, but the stuff they added should fill the gap (:
