Should I accept this taking demand into thought?

I'd get another opinion on this, but- although the apple is popular, the dragon cat is extremely so, and plus the others you may be overpaying.

Actually the apple is pretty unpopular. He's worth 15 mid advents.

The other side is dark leopard (8 mids + 4th tier), 1 mid (rat) and the two store pets so they're asking for underpay, but I'm not sure what he can usually be traded for.

I don't think it is fair personally, because;
As the red rose pps is a main list and although they are offering the ur ice cat, the cheshire has very high demand which may even lead to be worth more than the ur ice cat. The two bunnies don't help the trade more balanced either.

A red rose pps is worth 11 mid advents. The ice cat is worth about just over 34. The bunnies are both mid advents. The cheshire can go for one with popularity. So unfair to the ice cat.

Probably the second trade, as the green sorbet PLUS the ice cat is worth more than the flower pot.

Honestly, I have to disagree. The UR flower pot is worth 2 sorbets and a green toxic. So it would be the better trade in my opinion. Additionally, I think the flower pot is an overpay for the pineapple in itself as it is of a higher tier.

It would purely be up to you since this is huge overpay but like you say, people don't tend to take C$ for list pets which is why I trade offsite for something fairer. You could easily get other pets fairly for it though. Just takes time if you specifically want lists.
