A bit unfair to you. They need to add an early '10 rare or a late '09 rare as your pet is above theirs on the list. Though both are sometimes considered to be worth the same ( 6 - 7 '09s ).

This is actually a very good trade.
The Malk pps usually goes for 4-5th tier advents and sometimes 7th tiers (but the lower demand ones like the desert swirl). But their offering a tier 7 with decent demand so it's considered an overpay demand wise.
I would accept it.
