Unfair to you. Your dog is near the top of the Sept. list whilst theirs is at the bottom.
35 C$ is only worth a mid-late '09 rare, so it will not cover the huge gap.
The red-x dog doesn't have terrible demand either, so this trade is unfair to you both rarity and demand wise.

Rarity-wise, it's unfair to the purple toxic.
Two balloon dogs add up to a green toxic. The purple toxic is higher up on the list compared to the green toxic.
Demand-wise, it's up to you on where you value all the involved pets.
