It is fair? How to do it fair? Thank you guys

Somewhat unfair to you. According to this the owl would be worth about 35C$, but since owls don't have very good demand, it's probably less than that. The dog would be worth around 15C$. Together they're worth 45-50C$, so it's close to being fair, but still slightly unfair to you.

The Dog is an advent, 2010 Advents go for 20-35. The Owl is an early 2009, and early 09's go for 30-45. Just taking the low end for both of those, 20 and 35, you get 55 which is what they are asking. I'd say that's completely fair to ask for the lowball price.

Sorry but without knowing what pet it is, that's a very hard question to answer. Just the rarity and the date of a pet doesn't have a set value. If you don't mind sharing the Jan 09 pet's image so that we can give you a more solid answer that would be awesome.
