1. Not fair to you at all. Your Skeleton PPS is on the Main List, worth 12 Mid Advents. Their side is only worth about a Low Advent.

2. It's unfair to them. The Winged Wood Angel is overpay for your side all together, considering it's worth 21 Mid Advents, and your other pets definitely don't cover the gap between the Skeleton PPS and Winged Wood Angel.

How high is the actual demand for the December 2014 snow leopard? Would this be considered fair?

demand is a personal choice, i've never had to overpay for the snow leopard
and i've traded for many and traded many away, personally i think you're
overpaying by a lot ~ but get another opinion as well! c:

I Know I'm Overpaying But They Value Their Cheshire Cat At a High September List

2. It's unfair to the UR Flower. The UR Flower is worth 2 Sorbets + Green Toxic, but often gets about 1-2 Sorbets. Your side is not even worth 1 Sorbet.

3. I know you said your partner values the Cheshire at a High September List, so just one on your side would be fine for it. However, I personally would only pay about a low-mid advent for a Cheshire. A High September List for it seems like too much in my opinion. (:

1. Just about fair, the C$ is worth roughly a cake dog and the mid advent covers the gap, though it's up to you if you want to trade for mainly C$ or not
2. Unfair to them by almost a spotted tribal / over a purple toxic. Demand is just up to you on how you feel about trading up and how low/high you value the flower
3. If someone is actually expecting a high september list for just a cheshire I would personally just go trade somebody else. I've trading for plenty of cheshires and never really had to pay over a mid advent's worth for any one of them. Though if you're actually willing to pay that much, then just one of those lists on your side are needed as they are both high septs.

I agree with this, the only snow leopard I've seen get overpay is the PPS one
