.. Seriously? Just because you have at least two 09 rares, with a 10 uncommon, with two 11 uncommons, and one 11 common... 6 of your pets, for my 91. SERIOUSLY?! And what was worse was that the person joined in 2008... They probably think I don't know my rarities since I joined recently, but I do.
I'm gonna guess they're hoarding equines. 
This is actually becoming quite a pet peeve of mine as I've gotten a few trades like this lately. The biggest problem I'd have with this trade is the fact that they're cleaning me out of all of my trade fodder. Yeah, those pets are for trade but no I'd rather not unload all of them on one single person. Even if they're not worth much I feel a bit more secure having full trade folders. I dunno, maybe I'm weird.
