I would say that they are overpaying. I'm going to assume the very rare warrior cats to be worth 4 09 rares and the rare ones 2 09 rares (that's how I usually see them traded for). Adding the values up, they don't add up to 0.5 nons. I think that these values already calculate demand in them (because without demand, these cats definitely would not be worth multiple 09 rares, plus the rare ones were uncommon for a long time).
