rarity wise the pps dragon cat is just worth an early '09 rare. so you're definitely overpaying in that aspect. demand is up to you, what you're willing to pay and who you trade with. the most i've seen the pps dragon cat go for is roughly a low main.

Top is over , your side comes out to 3 2010 rares as the store pet is worth an early 2010 rare. Their side is 3 2010 rares, a 2012 rare, 2016 rare and all the additional common and uncommon pets.
