Let me see... The items are all from the medieval faire in 2011. I would value each piece at about an '11 uncommon (or two). The love berries at a '11 rare each as they were tokens if I remember correctly. So going by that, your side roughly adds up to 12 (24) '11 uncommons plus the two '11 rares. Allogether that's 5 '11 rares (8 '11 rares). Which would add up to a '09 rare plus '11 rare (2 '09 rares).
So it really depends on how exactly you value the items. If you value tham at 2 uncommons each, look at the numbers in the brackets.

Either way, it's unfair to you. Their side only adds up to about a late '09 rare-early '10 rare.
Please get a second opinion as I am not entirely sure (:

Your 2011 rare alone would be overpay for the items. ^^ They're from the 2013 slumber party event, and are usually valued at a 2013 uncommon each. Your 2011 uncommon is worth four 2013 uncommons. I would recommend taking off the 2016 rare at least (or have them pick out something that would be fair for both of you).

The items are from the slumber party event in 2013. So each piece is worth a '13 common/uncommon. So the '11 uncommon is over, but if you offered the cat alone, it would be fair under by at least a '13 common...
