rarity-wise, not at all. The rare dog would be enough to pay fairly for the mutant.
but given that the mutant is popular, it may be fair, though I'd personally remove everything but the rares for it to be fair
demand-wise. Hope that helps, but perhaps you should get another opinion. c":
