Let's get past our differences, shall we? I just recently traded off my ice ur cat. It was not as hard as people said it would be! I traded it with the boar pps tier7 advent for a bmd which i now have. So in fairness no, but it really depends on how much the user is willing to pay because of the apparent (again, not so true in my experience) Horrid demand! I'm not good with rares list swaps, but I can definitely help with the scarf!
Personally, i'd accept the trade. The scarf goes for around about an '09 pet, and generally had quite low demand. The store pet's demand is a lot higher than the side they're offering, and rarity wise a 2011 store pet would be worth a '09 pet and add

I agree with Emufasa, thought the item Rares list is outdated, this item isn't going for as much overpay as many other list items currently. Especially the store pet which they're offering has good demand, so I'd personally accept

As for the UR ice cat trade - the cat is worth a line tribal tier. The only list on your side was a dark leopard. The gap would be around a low-mid main list (around balloon dog tier), so it was quite unfair to them as the other pets on your side didn't add much to the trade

Well I think the first trade is a good one. I personally would accept. (even though the lion PPS has high demand or had)
The scarf hasn't really high demand but sometimes it's hard to trade for it though. (if you want it back)

The second trade is completely unfair to the upper side!
The cat is on the main list (big gap)

This means it's worth A LOT more! Demand wise I would personally say the leopard's higher.

Value wise your llama is worth a mid 2009 rare. The dragon is worth a late 2010 rare. The Nick dog is from April 2009, so value wise this is unfair to them by roughly an early 2010 rare. The 2016 rare here doesn't matter

Regarding the first trade with the scarf- I agree with Alina, the store pet does have decent demand, and can go for overpay.

Second trade- The gap between the UR ice cat and the leopard isn't covered by the other rares on your side, thus making it unfair to them c:

For the first trade, I believe you should take it as I've seen the store gryphons going for mid advents lately as their demand is rising steadily. The scarf item isn't that difficult to find or trade for so its overpay on their side, demand wise of course.

The second trade is unfair to the person offering the ur ice cat, demand and rarity wise. Even though the dark leopards demand is better in general, the ice cat tends to go for fair trades to slight underpay, so you would have to add a low mainlist to make it fair ^^
The rares and store pets don't make any difference at all, I believe that the other person just heard about the ice cats demand being bad, which in fact it isn't, but that's just my personal opinion ^^
