I'm not sure if I should stick the new Nick deer in with my other deer, or make a new group just for them... Thoughts?

They're just under regular deer in the archives if that helps. But I also wouldn't be surprised if we see more released over time, so they could be worthy of a separate group later on perhaps?

I ultimately decided to put them into their own group. They just looked lost in my group with all the other deer. eue

I have a group for all Nick pets to which they will go when I finally get around to organizing lol.

In other news the scramble this year for maintaining my collection was real. I managed it but I remembered just how much I dislike trading for highly rare/valued/etc pets.

Yay! I really love this thread but not many people use it. I wish there was more trading between collectors, so many we could do like a tradeathon or something where we all join with a goal of getting a specific pet and we all trade each other to try and get that pet? Idk if that sounds dumb but I wish there was more trading between all the collectors as its so hard to find other collectors who will edit lol.
And a cool pool would be us deciding the value of pets, or how many trades you send out a day haha

Currently working on my ex-list rat collection and im already halfway there in just 3 days! People have gifted me like 6 of the rats I need its like :,) im so happy, i should have it done by 2020 at this rate!

Hey there fellow collectors! Hope everyone's been able to celebrate a lovely christmas and has enjoyed the advent calendar this year! Collecting these past few days has been going pretty well, I managed to trade for some older advents and 2009 pets, which brought me down to 143 pets to go until a complete collection, minus 38 URs of course! God, I truly love how far I've gotten, although it's getting harder and harder to trade for the pets I want, I'm dreading the point where I only have july and august 2008 pets left, those will be a pain to find, but I've also accepted the fact that collecting is about the process and not the completion, so I'm enjoying every bit of it.

I'm also truly happy I was able to gather an UR avocado (I first thought it was a tea so staff got me there), which is really cool! I was hoping for an UR avocado actually (or an UR tea ;p). Even though I'm not actively looking for special released pets as of right now, it does help to see I have collected 5 out of 43 so far!

I’m really excited for any ideas anyone can share and would highly appreciate that Thornes, especially since I am a mobile only user. <3 and lol we had the same idea! I’d been off and on thinking about this this entire year of 2019 actually but finally just decided to go for it.

@baestille those are some interesting ideas! I definitely feel your pain there with trading. It seems not a lot of people edit trades anymore and that when monthly trading can sometimes be difficult.

@anon That’s awesome!! It’s one of the benefits of people not necessarily liking rats as much. Best of luck!

Ahhh, same here! Or at least, since around october I've been having that thought, but I'm glad at least now we might be getting some more frequent updates on the thread! (:

And yes, those 2008 pets are going to be a lot of trouble, at least I'm semi-sure I can complete 2009 with the fodder I currently have, but 2008 is going to be on another level. I actually have used offsite trades in the past, I did a few for store pets and for quantity rares as well, although the latter has been a while ago! Right now all my offsite fodder (or at least FR offsite fodder) is completely empty, though, so I will have to stick to CS trading alone ;v;
