Demand wise, you need to add around 2 more sorbs to equal the raven.

In terms of technical value, they're paying 3x the value of the Sunback. If you're not using those pets to trade on, then this seems like it's a pretty good trade for you! Word of warning, though, Zebras and the UR Cat might prove difficult to trade, the UR Aussie and Green Toxic should be fine.

From what I've personally seen, a non is the current demand standard. So yes, it seems like a standard trade.

It's about fair. Their side is worth 7.5 '09 rares, and your dog is worth 7-8 '09 rares. Just depends on whether you want to trade off the list or not.

Fair?? What Should I Edit?

They need to edit their side a lot. I have the same tea set and I believe I was offered a 2010 rare for it about a week ago. Plus with your other items that are also pretty old, they need to keep adding. So the trade is unfair.
