not familiar with them... do they have blue heads (or is the pup's ear meant to resemble a bird's eye?)

they do not, but they often have a iridescent blue-purple-green neck so maybe that's what it is supposed to recall!

this hasn't happened since i joined the site, but does anyone think one of the August monthly pets will turn out to be rare? namely, the pps box pup???

I mean I got like three from my adopts so unless I had absurdly good luck this month I’d say it will probably be uncommon.

Nevermind- I mixed it up with the little pigeon pup. But my point does still stand- some of those PPS’s can be super super hard to get though, so it feels like they’re really rare! But they usually end up uncommon.

*cough* like that PPS lion years ago, the exact month I joined. What a way for me to be introduced to the site. chaos. I still don’t have that little bugger.

all i know is i've seen more folks searching for the box pup than any pet so far since i joined the site, but i hear ya....

LOL I joined that month too! I adopted exactly one cat because I had no clue what I was doing and that one cat turned into the lion. xD It was priceless, I was so confused. I got so many offers.
