You're overpaying even with demand, but it's up to you if you really want the set.
The most I'd personally pay for a warrior set would be a low main list, not an above gap main list with decent demand.

I'm offering a yellow sorbet and pink balloon for a few 2010 medieval fair items, including the map, hammer, nails, shampoo, wizard token, tailor token, ring toss token, rug, gold cloth.

Since the value of the Medieval Faire items hasn't been as discussed as it should, Im going to base it off of the little things I've picked up (as someone that actively and impulsively hoards Medieval Faire tokens, haha).
According to Solloby in 2012 (link here), they estimate that there were around 1000 maps in circulation after the event ended in 2011. That alone means its half the worth of the DIY cake set, which goes for a non usually (has around 500 in circulation). That being said, I would estimate that the map alone is worth half of a non. This isnt even including the drop of maps in circulation after 7 years has passed (items are never rereleased, users become inactive, etc...)

I personally would consider this unfair to the Medieval Faire items. I usually pay a Sept. list for each individual wizard token, gold cloth, and shampoo I come by. Im unsure about the tailor token, but it seems to be one of the hardest tokens to come by, probably only a bit more common than the map and cooked meat items.
