The Sunset Bunny first turned very rare in the 2019 rarity update x - the outcome would generally trade for the three month rule from its original date of release in Easter 2010.
The Black & White Medium Speckled Rat [B&W Medium Speckled Rat] first turned very rare in May 2013 x - given how early the pet turned very rare, from purely rarity, the pet is likely worth slightly more than the general three month rule or 2 '09 rares (perhaps closer to ~3 '09 rares). For those who follow the Condensed Rarity List, the pet is listed as a low October x. It is worth noting that the outcome may not fetch its full rarity value on account of demand, but ultimately the value of demand is up to trading users.
There are very limited successful trades for either of the above pets x.

2019 store pets are generally valued at an early 2010 rare x.
The Green Malk Dragon is technically only worth the three month rule by rarity, but there is a certain demand factor with this outcome on account of its lineart. You may be able to fetch overpay for this outcome, though the demand value is ultimately up to trading users. There are very limited successful trades shared with this outcome, which don't do a great deal to shed light on the actual trading value of these pets when factoring demand x.

The Manticore store pets (excluding the PPS outcome) generally settle around this value, fetching between ~2-3 '09 rares (or around 0.5 MAs) in successful trades and cited trading values x x.

This outcome would be worth the three month rule from its latest potential date of adoption - this particular litter was first made available on the last day of July 2009 and was available through the end of August 2009 x.

My math may be incorrect, so I would ask on another opinion if you want exactly how much a 0.5 non is to current pets
I would highly stick to trading older rares for higher tiered pets

While some of its littermates have slightly higher value, being listed as part of Horror’s October list, this particular pony has no exceptional value, and thus trades like a ‘standard’ ‘09 VR. I also haven’t found a name for it, though I admittedly didn’t research it particularly deeply :’)
