This one is defintiely Saikiyo's. Not only the stars around it complete the hint "starlight", but as riley said, fits the "long tail, unedited ears" hint as well. Also.. just look at these.



Saikiyo has a very painted style when it comes to staff pups. The first PPS in the images also has the same mouth. The middle dog has similar spots. The last dog has the same tail.

It was actually inspired by the Cheshire Cat, with the purple and stripes. It originally had an adult stage, however the 3/4 cat face was wonky and when I was making the pup lines I realized it looked so much better than the adult so I rolled with that and made a pps.

Reading through the hints, I saw the ancient meme Desmond referenced, as well as Honey Badgers...

So my guess is, based ENTIRELY on the meme song, because there have been pictures of a snake and references to Badgers....but no mushrooms???
