I don't know for sure, but I think this girl has always been Very Rare. I've had her sense when they were originally adopted out, and for months she's been a Very Rare to me. c:

She was actually recently turned vr. She used to be a rare advent list.

I've had the same BW for a while, and the only time I ever saw it drop was when the rarity system was updated. But within one or two updates, it went back to VR.
