Hmm, I believe this is unfair, but I don't know how much by.
How much would need to be added until fair?
Or it might be fair and I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's unfair.

It's fair rarity-wise. Demand is user-based, and it's dependent on you/your partner on how much they value the pets demand-wise. ^^

The pets on their side don't affect the trade at all. They would have to add an Non tier. ^^
