Unfair to the Owl by the difference between an Early and a Late 2009 Rare.

Malk Owl = April 2009 = Early 2009 Rare

Hannukah Pony = December 2009 = Late 2009 Rare
The other pets on the top side only add up to 1 2010 Uncommon + 1 2012 Uncommon - which does not fill the gap between an Early and a Late 2009 Rare.

Rarity wise, the Cheshire is only worth an '09 rare so this would be unfair to you.
Demand wise, the Cheshire goes for a low-mid advent, so this may be considered fair/overpay to some.
It's honestly up to you how you personally value the Cheshire. ^^
