Honestly I wouldn't take it. If you save up very high amounts, with their demands high quantity of tokens are going for list pets.

Fair. Zodiacs do have very good demand and can go for lists fairly easily, if you find the right person. So demand wise it's overpay. Rarity wise it's maybe slightly under, but demand definitely makes up for it. I'd take it.

by rarity its pretty fair, but the zodiac tends to fetch an '09 rare quite easily.

I would estimate that as being about fair. The VR rats are easier to trade than most others with the right collecters, and those items are all older with some decent sets (The wolf plush is worth a 2009 rare alone).
I'd say that's a decent quantity deal.

the thing is i ask for overpay because I don't like trading them away, I prefer to save them. But when people offer more than it's worth I take it. So I'm not going to go looking for a better offer I just want to know if it is overpay or if I should save them to trade in for extra pets at the end of the event.

1/ '13 common = 2 '14 commons = 4 '15 commons = 8 '16 commons = 4 '16 uncommons or '16 rare
by rarity math, theyre offering a '16 rare + '16 uncommon for your deer.
2/ offering two '16 uncommons each for the deer.
