please make sure y'all read the rules.
Date and rarity are required.
Also, please read the following update. This is considering some users helping others by explaining rarity math.
Rarity math like that doesnt work. A 2012 omsocommon is not worth a 2015 uncommon, you cant count it out like that.
While in some cases, an 09 vr can be 2 09 rares, its not in all cases like that so while you use it as a general rule of thumb, you cant really apply and extend it to all rarities, all species.
Ive seen more and more people trying to put rarity math out there, please dont. Rarity flunctuates and you cant count it out like its a mathmatical problem. There are many factors, demand, availiblity and loads more that you need to keep in mind and when usuing rarity math, you cant.
Also some people have been saying that demand is user based, and thats wrong as well. Partly.
There are two types of demand, user/opinion based AND demand based on the general face of cs. Those are two different things. For example, the raven being in demand has to do with the fact that thr general population of cs likes the dog. It being in extreme demand has to do with user based demand.
Telling someone to not mind demand because its userbased is wrong and cant harm them in their way of trading, ex. Trading something which can go for more for less because 'demand is userbased'. When giving information, please just stick the all the info you can tell. Dont withold information, but dont use rarity math either. A, this is fair/unfair because A,B and C /they need to add this and that, is what we like to see in this thread. Not, your pet is worth this many uncommons, this many commons, etc etc.
