I personally wouldnt.
As a person who also has an August pps, I've gotten better offers as in, Red Malk dragon, Skeleton pps [low mainlist].

I cannot pinpoint an exact worth/or value for August pps as it depends on each user, however I still dont think this is a trade that should be taken for an August pps.

it depends on what your looking for, but i personally wouldn;t. the demand varies for it but i've seen offers a lot higher than that.

It really comes down to how you value the dragon pps cat. Personally, I would say the first bid is better than the second due to it being worth more rarity wise.

Nick laptop can go between a 2010-2009 rare, demand varies between users hence,
First one unfair to you,
Second one is a very solid offer, I'd accept.
Again might be good to get a second opinion on demand.
