We decided it was too much to have the staff litter sandwiched between Halloween and the Advent, both of which take a lot of prep work for the staff and are also kind of tiring for everyone in general with all the pets to be collected. September was a more relaxed time for it, and it fills the gap between the end of the Summer Event and the start of Halloween with something that's special but not overly demanding to keep up with. :3 Kind of worried by how few staff puppies we could adopt though...
