... I don't remember this pup being rare O.o searched for "lucy pps" and "arctic pps" in the rarity changes archive, this thread, and using the all-of-CS search function, but nothing came up o.o

I believe it went rare after Nick re-did all the rarities.

Yup, that one is Yellowfang. I'm not totally sure when rarity changes were made, but... I'll update the front page soon. owo; I hear that Nick is still updating by hand, but it hasn't seemed that way; updates are seemingly a bit more self-updating, aren't they (unless we're all just unsure since the new rarity update XD)?

the yellowfang is changed in last two updates since i had it already in my very rare and rares group : ) (i remeber to moving it to ther bfoe the halloween hunt) : )

Because of Halloween :3
It's not really wise to bring out rarities, while we still could trade in token ^^;

And because we could trade them in until the 14th November, they decided to skip the October rarity update and all pets will get their rarity in November.
Has happened before ^^
