Some people don't check their trades reguarly. Specially phone users. When I am on my phone, it dosent show up if I have new trades or not so often they can be left there before I check. Or I might leave CS logged in on my phone/computer ^^ There are many reasons, a hour is not that long to wait THey may even just be thinking about it ^^

I accept or decline fast because it bothers me when it says new on the trades or there is the number next to the trade bar.... Ocd-isc moment.

I agree with Sharni here. I often have a tab with CS open even when I'm not at my computer, so just because it says I'm online doesn't always mean that
I am ^^ Also, sometimes people need to think about trades. It's not always a quick and easy yes or no.

I agree with Sharni here. I often have a tab with CS open even when I'm not at my computer, so just because it says I'm online doesn't always mean that
I am ^^ Also, sometimes people need to think about trades. It's not always a quick and easy yes or no.

Not only is this person rude enough to flash a pet at me that I want, but they are also so incredibly lazy to ignore SEVERAL of my rules.

This is not a good appearance, on the contrary, it makes this person look incredibly rude, arrogant, selfish and lazy.
