the halloween cat and malk dragon have good demand, however the malk's is higher and tends to go for more overpay than the cat

by rarity, the malk dragon is 2 mid advents
the cat is 2 mid advents + early '09 rare

A BA. They go for a lot because of their demand.

That depends on your trade partner, but usually a few 09 rares, or if nothing else just use the three month rule.

Is it rare or uncommon? Either way it's worth a late 09 rare/uncommon (whichever it is) but you're correct that it goes for more with demand. However, there is no set price on demand so we can't say like "it's worth an 09 rare + '10 rare" or something like that, because demand varies from person to person. :) I've seen fair trades for them and I've seen them go for overpay
