Demand it is unfair to you, rarity it's pretty unfair as well since it doesn't go by the 3 month rule, also, the non pps dog tends to have a lot more demand ( I have one of my own and I get more offers on him than the pps)
What could make this fair is an uncommon with more demand (same demand as the 2013 dog) within the 3 month rule.

yes it's unfair to the x pps as it would take at least a low Sept list to fill the gap not a low advent.
