Anyone still remember the pains of the old trading system in which you had to hunt down each pet's individual ID number if you wanted to add them to a trade?
When I joined back in '08, my English (not my native language) was very poor - I thought CS was more of a neopets-like site where pets needed your attention, care etc. and you could only have about 5 of them, so I adopted a rat, a Nick cake dog (for Halloween), a butterflywolf that is still uncommon and that's all. v.v Then I forgot about the site, missing the advent calendar. I still cannot forgive myself -- sun/moon dogs were as easy to get as the previous months' uncommons, yet I didn't manage to get any.
I did adopt some awesome stuff in '09, though. Two woodwings, a pink shima bwolf, four PPS cocoons and tons of decent rares. The only problem is -- after returning to CS in late '11, I, being the inactive, unaware of the existence of the forums and Rares list n00b I used to be, traded them all away for 4-5 '11 UCs I didn't have yet. e.e How nice. Most of my 09 rares met the same fate. I didn't even care about dates.
Looking back and thinking about all the great things I lost makes me want to keep on repeatedly bash my head against a wall. grghhblbl
