The Cinnabun has no set value because it's not on the list yet; Though it tends to go for around a non. The UR bee is worth 2 nons and can go for overpay due to its popularity so the side with the Cinnabun would need to add at least a non.

The target dog is worth 150-170C$ so they are overpaying. It's up to you to decide if you would like to trade a list for C$ or not.
