It's very unfair to the 2012 Store Pet. 2012 Store Pets are worth 2 '09 rares, your side is only worth a little more than a 2013 rare (guinea pig is a 2015 re-release). (:

Is this fair? Based on what I’ve gotten in trades it seems like it should be, but the other person edited the trade to 3 2018 commons on their side and removed the 2018 common from my side and said that no matter the year an uncommon is not fair for a common. Please please help! Thanks in advance!

There is no set value on demand, this is completely up to you if you're happy with this or not.

It's very unfair to the UR Apple. The UR Apple is on the Main List, worth 15 Mid Advents, your side is only worth about a Low Advent. (:
