From a rarity perspective, no.
Your dog is a September list tier 3, meanwhile, there's isn't on the list whatsoever.
As far as I know, it doesn't have any particular demand, at least enough for it to be worth more than a tier 1 (which would be 3-4 09's)
While yours is worth about 12-15 09's* (not sure).

Whether you want to offer that much for the pps is up to you, but that's unfair to you.

As someone who has traded bulk for both, I've always gotten them both for equal value, and never had difficulty trading either away.
They're both also not true-dates, so they're both gonna have a bit of trouble (prob not much) anyway with the dates.
I think this is a fair swap.
