The store pet by itself is worth it. The sitting cat is from october of 2010 and the store pet goes for a late 09 rare so the pps owl is un-needed

I would say unfair to you, the set goes for about 1 maybe 2 09 Rares each and what you got doesn't include the star topper or more than one set of garlands/lights.
