based off of Horror's list (Very Rare exceptions category), your pet is counted as a 2009 VR. I believe their side is a normal 2008 + 2010 rare. according to Horror this involves "basic rarity math", but i am really cautious when it comes to older pets and rares, so i would wait for a more experienced person's opinion.
