SO a while back, I got a trade asking for one of my advent rabbits that was a gift. And i cancelled it because it was a couple newborns. I now regret that since those newborns turned into Very rares. I only cancelled it because I had some. (Which later I got scammed out of since I was a newbie)
My c$ store is still open! if the item or pet you want is in a locked group pm me and I'll either give you a price or notify you if it's up for trade or not. all of my prices are located in my trade rules. Happy holidays and happy trading!

Okay. Why read my rules, tell me you read them, and then break them?
I do understand that in your rules, it says send a fair trade first as you do not like editing
She wanted to know what was fair for them... but really.
I state it pretty clearly ><I appreciate her attempt, I really do, but it felt like she acknowledged my rules and then just kinda made herself an exception. Blah.

They accept with 'thanks'. No punctuation, nothing. e.o Maybe it's just me, but it just really annoyed me. I could have given you a dinky uncommon.
This has happened to me before too. :I I sent someone a gift on their birthday that must have had at least 50 or so rare & very rare rats in it. They accept with a simple "thank you", no punctuation or anything. It really hurt my feelings, though I'm not sure if they actually meant to be rude or what.
I agree that it is annoying to get no message or a very poor message in response to a gift, I usually just gift people wishlist uncommons since I am too greedy to gift rares and such except to my friends on their birthdays but I do send out a few uncommon gifts to a people every day and it annoys me when I get short messages without proper grammar or in text talk. Though on the flipside there have been a few people who have included very nice messages or edited it to give me something in return, those always warm my heart and usually make up for the gifts that I receive bad feedback on. There was one person who just cancelled my gift with no message though and since I was determined to gift them I sent it again telling them this and they accepted after about a month with no message

... Oh well. I can understand it must be even more so frustrating if you are dealing with rares and very rares, I keep gifting people and think, oh it's only an uncommon, I won't miss it then I notice how the number of pets I have is going down at a fairly fast rate from my gifts XD. I also feel worried when I accept a gift that my message won't be good enough and always hope that I don't hurt their feelings, I have accepted gifts with as little as a "Thank you!" and I really hope that wouldn't offend someone...

http://www.chickensmoothie.com/trades/v ... Gsho2DUu6AWhen I first saw this trade, I wanted to immediately cancel (since I hate when people want more than 10 pets on my side for less than 3 of theirs), but after a few minutes of thinking, I sent it back as a trade (mostly to see what they would do). I expected an immediate cancellation, but, nothing happened. So, I go to their page, and find they're online, and even posted... 5 hours later, still nothing. So, I consult a friend on what to do, and she says "what a day and then cancel," so I did.
Today comes, and still nothing, and mind you, they posted a good four or five times, and were on twice today. So I decided to cancel 2 hours early. What I truly loved: these cats are almost all my UFT cats (they missed 1). They already had all these cats, too.

I hope this isn't getting off topic, but all I expect from the person I'm gifting is a little "Thank you!". What annoyed me was that it was such a big gift, and the way I read "thank you" in my head, without punctuation, is like - "you just gave me half of the rats in your collection - oh. thanks." I'm not sure If they actually meant it that way or not, so I tried not to get too heated up over it. When people accept without a message though ... well, that's a whole nother story. -.-
