I would take it.
All the store pets are valued as a '10 rare. So four of them would equal two 2009 rares or a 2009 VR. So technically, you're overpaying by the 2017 uncommon. However, with demand, rats goes for less and the store pets goes for more and the deer easily goes for overpay from personal experience.

If I edited out the 2014 store pet from their side, would it be unfair to me? Should I replace the 2014 store pet with a 2015 store pet or 2016?
