unfair to you as your rare is originally from the valentine event 2010 and that is from the Halloween advent 2010. It's unfair because
of the 3 month rule. However, the older Halloween pets seem to have decent demand

The second is slightly better, but both the red-front holly and ice swirl will take some patience to trade off for something with more demand (border collies, androids, etc)

They'd need to add around a mid '10 uncommon or '12 rare in order for the trade to be fair to you

Agreed, you're overpaying with the uncommon. If you zoom in you'll see your cat their cat are both from Christmas 2009.

If I am not mistaken that sunback cat on your side is from December 09 too (re-release)
So the two rare cats would be an equal swap. The uncommon on your side is not needed.
The sunback cat might have some more demand, but I am not entirely sure on this...
