Two of your store dragons would be fair for their store pet. Ignoring all the normal pets (their values are too tiny here), remove one dragon from your side.

Rarity wise they're massively overpaying; the ShimaLT is only worth a '09 rare when calculating rarity. However, with demand, the ShimaLT could fetch an advent list, so I would personally wait for a better offer.

It seems pretty fair, as usually the cheshire goes for a tier 3-5 advent, however a few people would overpay for the cheshire cat and would push it up to a low September. It's really up to how much you value your cat at.
