I don't mean the '08 UR pets. Those are much rarer since there wasn't as many members adopting last year. I'm talking about this year's UR pets.

They're still unrealesed. This was the only day they were avalable! Just because there are more members, doesn't make a pet more common. It just makes older pets more rare.

Unreleased pets only have that name because they were only available for one day, not because they're rare ^-^ The banana, butterfly wolf, mint horse and cat of 08 are still very rare, and people will trade a lot for them, but the apple, new butterfly wolf, wolf and purple horse are worth less

If more users adopted the pets, then there are more of the pets, thus making them more common. o3o Unreleased doesn't mean rare.
This is my personal opinion however. I've been told this by people who know rarity quite well.

Someone wants my Christmas tree, Star tree-topper, andthis rereleased puppy, and they want to give me this ornament puppy. Is that fair?
