Rarity wise the rat would be over pay but demand wise underpay the highest a raven can go for is a non and the lowest is a sorbet so demand wise the rat would be under, as an owner of a raven dog i personally would not trade her for a rat but that's just me also because of rats low demand i don't think anyone would trade their raven for the heavy speckled rat but i guess you just have to find the right person. Thats rather large overpay on their side, because the zodiacs go for a 09 rare each, with maybe a bit more. They are offering a tier 7 advent list, and much more.
