That would be fair list-wise if you're valuing the UR Foal at roughly an UR Lion.
Considering demand I'd personally say it's roughly fair, but get another opinion on that.

Rarity-wise of course unfair to you. Demand-wise your side adds up to four '09 and a '10 rare, which equals a low advent.
Looking at the auctions they don't seem to go for that much, but you should get another opinion.

I am the other side, and I'd like to ask what I can do to make it more fair? I was told previously (on a different trade) that it would be unfair by a coontail if I did not have the pickle in the offer.
List-wise the UR Tiger is worth about 5 nons and your side adds up to three and a Purple toxic, so you'd need to add a bit more than an UR Aussie.
Demand-wise the Tiger goes for ~6-8nons from what I've seen unless there's bad demand stuff offered, and your side adds up to four or so (Valuing the pickle and joker at a non each, the flower and raven at a purple toxic, the BA and Drink Me at a Sorbet and the rest of the quantity at a sorb also.).
