Should be about fair. Though searching, I found that the Grey Mini Husky on the advent list (same tier as the Santa rat) is worth about 60 C$. So the rat should be worth around 60 C$ as well. But on the advent list especially, prices may vary from person to person.

Fair, the blue snowflake dog is on the last tier of the advent list and is worth 3 09' rares. Your re-release pet is from January 09'. From what I heard every each last tier pet on the advent list is worth 3 09' rares.
