The biggest problem with the marionette dog, is hoarding. It's a store pet and never will be re-released. There are around, but I've seen a few who hoard them, and have at least 10-20. So, that makes it harder and harder to find them.
But Septemberlist? No, they are not that rare. They are just hiding with hoarders, but it doesn't make them any rarer. It's still Advent list. Maybe a little higher

As for the Raven dog... Yes, it is hard to find, and yes, the demand is high. But don't move it up. It will let the CS economy go nuts. People will pay way to much for it and expect mid septemberlist pets for it when they auction it, or even more. People already pay way too much for it. Placing it higher will only increase that.
It is perfect where it is, if it isn't too high already.

I agree with moving the Marionette. I've been trying to get one, its a dream pet of mine, but I've never gotten one, even when offering a mid-advent.

Like i said a few pages ago, we need to review all store pets. We can't move the marionette dog up because it has good demand/is hard to get and then not move the raven up for the exact same reasons imo ^^;

I suggest we focus on the Ur's first and theeeen the store pets. Store pets move up in rarity slowly, they can wait a little longer, the newest Ur's need to be placed and the older Ur's need to be reviewed first. Priority yay!

I traded 3 Ur ice cats - 2 for a nonballoon and 1 for a red toxic. This was during the period everybody and their mom kept saying it's worth a balloon dog, highly annoying. I paid about a balloon dog for each of these cats though.
