To be honest with you, I don't know what could be added. The July PPS seems to have slightly dropped in rarity from the last time that I checked; but the Non-Coon was the more common of the two in the litter...

There really isn't much that can be added. You should wait for deja to answer that.

Its fair to me. My freind got a green toxic for just the dragon (that was a bit unfair!)
