Just by a glance it looks unfair to the top. The 2010 rare dog alone is worth 16 2014 rares. I've counted up to the bright red flower lion and came up with 11 2014 rares.

The top is also offering some quite old items as well. I believe the fins and the ice crown are from 2010?

I'd take that. I value the sunback at 3 nons, the coontail at 2 and the rat at roughly a sorb. 5.3 nons total. The UR tiger in my opinion is worth roughly 5-6 nons, so it's a pretty solid trade.
